With all our buildings we offer a degree of flexibility that allows customers to make modifications to suit their own requirements.

As in some cases however simple modifications aren't enough and basically what we are looking at is a whole other building.

Example: The leisure building photographed (Images 1, 2, 8, 9 & 10) has a wide range of uses which all the family can enjoy, or to have a family function while keeping guests entertained. The building was designed to meet a number of requirements that being to accommodate an 8 x 4 pool table, a hot tub and sauna. Also to take advantage of the garden and views a deck was included.

Some of the specification includes.

• Insulation to floor, walls and roof.
• Internal lining t+gv
• Windows and doors Upvc double glazed units.
• Roof 19mm t+g sarking covered with felt underlay and armour glass roof shingles.
• Black round gutters and down pipe
• Canopy to front of building extends 4 feet over a large deck area.

The design of any of these building will depend on a number of factors such as location, surroundings, function, size, ground conditions and budget.
